Labour
The above charges are for the first hour of Engineers time, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments. All charges are plus VAT at current rate. These are all minimum charges.

Are variable depending on location, quantity of appliances and number of dwellings, please telephone the office who will be able to give more accurate pricing (some basic information will be required e.g. type and make of boiler, other gas appliances i.e., cooker/fire and entry times etc.,
Travel
The “first hour” charges include an Engineers travelling time to site (i.e. 20 minutes travel = 40 minutes available on site). If travelling time plus time on site is over one hour labour is charged accordingly at 15 minute increments.
Vehicles
All our vehicles have on board tracking installed for your peace of mind, accuracy is to the second so your billing can be verified easily, and a copy of the tracking report will be included with your invoice if required.
Materials
Materials supplied by The Boiler Club will be charged at cost plus 20%. If non stocked items need collecting whilst on site, the labour charge for collection is calculated at 15 minute increments.
Quotations
Quotations are generally free of charge. However, a charge may be incurred if, for example, the travel time and time on site exceeds one hour. If the quote is accepted, any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice.
Invoicing
An invoice will be issued after the work is completed to include labour charges and cost of materials. The invoice must be settled in full within 7 days unless by prior arrangement.
